Clipboard issues in Windows 10

This is another known issue – brought to notice by @TomWarren. He tweeted the following:
OK so I am not alone, there is an issue with Windows 10 when it sometimes doesn’t copy using Ctrl+C. Lots of people seeing it. Yikes – Tom Warren (@TomWarren) Jul 29, 2015
Though 512 is a big wide range and I do not think anyone would pin that many programs or programs to the Start choice, it is still a known issue in Ms microsoft windows 10 that if you go for more than 512 programs, they will appear decreased from the Start choice. Given that the wide range of programs pinned on Start choice is less than 512, the app flooring surfaces will be recognizable successfully. If you mixture the wide range, the Start choice is terrible.

Microsoft has information on this and they are obviously trying to remove the cap.
