Windows 8 Keyboard not working NOT a hardware issue


Method 1: 

 I would suggest you to check if the on-screen keyboard works corretly for the same profile on diferent hadware.

Follow the steps to check with On Screen Keyboard:

a) Press Windows Key +W and type Start On-Screen Keyboard and hit Enter.

b) Click on Start On-Screen Keyboard.

Method 2: 

 I would also suggest you to check if the same issue occur in Safe Mode on Windows 8 desktop PC and check if the issue occurs there as well.
